Shandong Luda Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is joint-stock enterprise, engaged in researching, developing and manufacturing stabilized soil and asphalt concrete mixers for high-grade highway more than 30 years. We′re also member of Highway Society of Ministry of Transportation in China.
Till now, we have two production bases, located in Qingdao City and Weifang City, mainly producing stabilized soil mixers Type TWCB200-800(200tph-800tph), asphalt concrete mixers Type QLB1000-HQB5000(60tph-320tph), and cement concrete mixers of HBS series, which are sold to countries such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Russia, Philippines, Thailand, Pakistan and so on.
Our main products:
1. Stabilized soil mixing plant type WCB200-800, is a professional mixing equipment, adopting advanced technology domestic and abroad, meeting with the demand of the production of base materials for high-grade road, city roads, airport, wharf, playing field and so on. It takes calcium Oxide, slaked lime (water content within 10-15%), soil, sand, fly ash, cement and so on as raw materials, and produces base materials like cement stabilized gravel, lime stabilized base material, crushable concrete, and etc...These base materials are of accuracy ratio, and uniforming mixture, meeting with the requirements engineering construction.
2. Asphalt concrete mixing plant, QLB800-HQB5000, is our asphalt concrete mixing equipment with independent intellectual property rights by independent development, and on the base of consulting the overseas advanced technology. It is of high automation in operation, of accurate measurement, of modular design, of reasonable and compact structure, of convenient operation and maintenance, and of energy conservation, so the equipment can be widely used in the production of high-grade asphalt pavement materials.
3. Recycled Asphalt concrete plant (bitumen concrete plant), In thermal recycling, the recycled asphalt will be mixed with the new one in mixing and constructing progress. With the considerably mature recycle technology of recycled asphalt pavement material, after reasonable material control, the properties of recycled mixing asphalt materials are not lower than those of new materials, meeting with the requirements of different degrees of pavement.
4. Cement concrete mixing plant range from 60TPH to 240TPH
